PEO Services

In this long-term contractual arrangement, a client enrolls with MaxStaff most or all of its current and future workforce in a co-employer relationship. This relationship can permit the client to relinquish responsibility for administration of payroll, benefits, regulatory compliance, workers comp. insurance, risk management, and many other human resource activities.

With our PEO services, we share a co-employment arrangement where MaxStaff assumes the role of Employer of Record, and you remain the Actual Employer.

Temporary-to-Hire

Employees recruited, screened and hired by MaxStaff report to the client for work on an Atrial basis (MaxStaff retains the employee for a minimum of 90 days) with the exception that the assignment may lead to a full-time, permanent position with the client. MaxStaff specializes in office, accounting, professional, technical, computer and industrial personnel.

Additional Staffing Options

  • MaxStaff provides employees directly to you to work on long-term indefinite assignments. MaxStaff allows creation of a flexible, fully trained workforce to meet any need and provides full-time employees without permanent employer cost.
  • MaxStaff offers traditional "temporaries to support or supplement your own workforce to cover employee absences, seasonal workloads, increased production, etc.
  • Client recruits or transferred worker(s) utilize MaxStaff payroll to reduce the hassle of payroll and tax administration, the cost of employee benefits and the often challenging compliance requirements of state and federal regulations.

Permanent Placement

MaxStaff recruits and screens (testing if applicable) potential permanent employees. Qualified candidates then interview with the client (go through additional testing if required). The client makes the final hiring decision.
